What has happened the EV help& N & Cing? Or am { just failing to find the thread?? As someone who finds the EV a challenge, I am missing the great craik and help normally available n this site. Have all the regulars been frightened off because we are supposed to be only serious? Please come back and help me, I miss you all! So does Ginger Mog!!

Like you I have missed the N&Cing! I stopped starting a thread because it became all rather serious. No problems with this week's EV, despite I had little or no knowledge of the subject initially. However I always get upset if I have to modify a grid after populating it! I remember on one occasion the extra letters or corrected letters in the clues instructed you to send in a blank grid! How soul destroying??!
How is Ginger Mog, he must be getting on, has he trained a successor yrt?

I too have been hoping for a thread to start. I have most of the bottom half of the grid, but not much else. I had an idea for what the theme might be, but it doesn't all really hang together so far. I always find misprints in definitions difficult to solve.

Great to hear from you Doc & Novalis, and hello Cloverjo, am not doing too well with the clues only one of the 6 I have managed (I think) is 23d & I'm not sure about that answer. Thanks for the clue N.
