I became tired of constantly filling in my name and address, so I have printed out my details on a little rectangle of paper (roughly 5 X 1 1/2 cm) and affix it to the finished grid with a sellotape 'hinge' before scanning. It can be used dozens of times before needing replacement.

I use those little stickers with your name & address on that come with the raffle tickets and appeals from the charity letters.

And I type my details on to a sheet of self adhesive labels and print off - need to stick then!

I prefer writing it out in full each time. More exercise that way.
