This is suppised to have happened 2 days ago.

No one is admitting anything. The reports are unconfirmed. Too early to be panicking. If the Turks have shot down a Russian jet, it would be a seriously bad move.

If it's in Turkish airspace, then it shouldn't have been there. It's not as if the Russians are whiter than white, wit Ukraine.

Other sources say that Turkish planes were on a bombing mission in the area, and that the reported explosions were the Turks attacking Syeian Givernment positions.

The Russians can't expect much in the way of warnings, stern or otherwise, if they want to be treated the way they've treated others who infringe airspace.
