My Brother Is Aggressive & Violent Af.what Can We Do Please Give Us Suggestions.

My brother is 20 years old. Since childhood my Dad pampered him a lot as he's the only boy of the family.My parents always gave him whatever he wanted! Even today his every need is fulfilled. As a result he has turned into complete spoiled brat! He's always very impatient. If he asks for food then you'll have to give him within 10 minutes. If he wants a thing you'll have to give him no matter how costly it is! He doesn't want to understand the financial problem of the family. If my dad says that we don't have enough money,buy it later he'll say "You can spend money on your daughters' tuition fees but you can't buy me this". If you say no to him for anything he'll become violent & start breaking things. He'll even throw hard objects at you. He abuses my parents & the lady who works at our house both physically & emotionally. The words he uses are very nasty & I can't even mention them. He's physically very strong,so it's really tough to control him.If me & my younger sister raise voice against him he starts abusing us & hitting us too. Yesterday he became angry & threw a stapler at my Mom & a glass at the lady who works at our house.
He has big attitude problem & thinks that he's always right. If he asks you 'Why you didn't do this..do that..etc " & you start telling him the reason..He'll say "Don't give me excuses". He will start abusing without even listening to you properly.
He pretends to be very nice,quiet & mannered in front of his friends & other! -_-
My Father did take him to a Psychiatrist last year but he couldn't help us much. Now my brother doesn't go out with us anywhere so it's impossible to take him to a Psychiatrist. And if we call a Psychiatrist to home then I am afraid he'll react in a very pathetic way.
I am really scared..He might murder us someday (!) as he's turning into a criminal minded person day by day.

You seem to be American. Do you not have laws or other welfare systems there that protect and ensure he goes and lives his own life ? Learns to provide for himself as an adult and spends his own earnings however he wishes to budget ?

Can't help feeing that leaving it tuntil age 20 before trying to change attitudes is leaving it rather late.
