Are you not able to type in the letter counts, probo? I know some posters are experiencing difficulties it seems.
You can reply with the letter count and pattern

Looking at the profile for probo suggests there is no problem asking a question correctly, so if they can't be bothered neither can I.

But if it was just a case of not bothering to fill in the question box it would just appear as blank wouldn't it? If the words "Enter Further Question Details Here..." still appear I think that means the box has submitted automatically before the poster has reached it

I don'tt hink i can replicate it, Baldric. I can get a blank box but don't think i can skip it altogether and get that text appearing

I think a poor system design plus what you say largely explains it
