Svejk, I know what plum duff is but the answer was plum pudding, so.......Jo was nearest, and the most correct!

Anyway, you haven't seen my pineapple chunk. It's the same as my treacle sponge chunk and my Christmas Pudding chunk. I am useless at baking.
