I don't use the site but, out of curiosity, I got on without any problem using Google Chrome.

Yesterday the site was effected by DNS issues, if you're still experiencing issues we'd recommend either rebooting your computer/phone and the router that connects you to the internet. Ideally both at the same time.

How do you reboot a chromebook?

I rebooted my router by unplugging it, waited 20secs and then plugged the power cord back in - hope it works for you

I've rebooted the router, still no luck!

My wife's hudl2 wouldn't work either so I powered it down, waited a bit and powered it up again and it worked. As Ash suggested do the router and the tablet at the same time. BTW I had to switch on the WiFi again.
