I think Scorpiojo parsed it earlier as an anagram of 'around soggy', without the 'u'. I think 'ground' means anagrammed.

Sorry! I'm asking in the wrong place here! I'm bothered about 13D. The answer is probably GAY GORDONS but in the letters SOGGY GROUND without the U for Acceptable, there are 3 Gs & no A.?

Aaaah! Of course! I was looking for an anagram of SOGGY GROUND, instead of AROUND SOGGY! Thank you! :-)
