Am feeling quite well thank you. Had a day out in the sun yesterday with my old pals (mates for 60 years) and came home to collect P for usual visit to cool off. Three female friends of hers (old nurse pals) commented how well I looked.! I started to worry. :-) Hope your shoulder has now loosened up enough to lift a G&T again. xxxxxx

That's good to hear Retro glad you had a good day out. Shoulder a lot better now thanks got most of the movement back although I still can't bend it behind my back! Fortunately I'm right handed and managed to lift a g&t last night at the quiz. Missed out on first place by one point!
