10a - is there an 'of' between 'expressions' and 'enquiry'? This should be CALL ('telephone') EHS ('expressions of enquiry') reversed ('backed up') to produce SHELLAC ('record'). The 'previous' is superfluous.
15a TO ('until') TE ('penultimate note') = TOTE ('Load'). The 'string' is superfluous.
