elf is not on tv any where this Christmas
what is going on ih the world ??
WHAT EXACTLY DO WE PAY OUR LICENCE FEE FOR ???
Is this the best ever Christmas feel good movie ?
or is it It's a wonderful life better ?
what do you think which is your favourite ?
I love Elf - there's an open air screening of it somewhere round here, £12 for an adult and £8 for kids (that would be £64 for us - think we'll go for a curry instead).
I've never seen Elf so can't compare, but I'll be surprised if Its a wonderful life isn't on. Bedford falls is so treacle I wanna live there. TBH It's been a few years since I looked forward to the Christmas offerings on TV.
as I recall, what happened with It's a Wonderful Life was that the studio forgot to renew the copyright, so it's become public property and anyone can screen it for free. TV channels love that.
