20across. I don't think that is right. I have ?r?o?o?s. There is a word "Arioso"which has this sort of meaning but does not quite fit.. I think it will be the core of the word we are looking for. But my dictionary is not providing me with a word that does fit.

Pure carelessness, Captain2. I did it in rough first and somehow " Eurodollars " lost an l and the rest of the letters were misplaced. Sad really. But all is now resolved . Pity in one way. I was so delighted to have found arioso that I was determined to find a word like it that fitted instead of doing the simple thing of checking my earlier answers. Another lesson for this newby to learn!
