Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

The construction is quite amazing, especially when one considers how hard it must have been to insure a unique solution. The amount of thematic material in the clues isimpressive.

Last 3 clues were obligingly straightforward including the dread 33 for which one can make a stab at the first and last pairs of letters leaving a wordsearch to do the rest. Seems like a good time to check out the original

Many hours wasted after I found an alternative (and to my mind equally valid) answer to 32. All would have been easier if I'd solved 33 earlier, but like others I found that one a challenge. It was especially difficult as my answer to 32 gave a different initial letter to 33!

Wonderful. A very late post here, but only just finished. Unlike others, no inkling of the theme/title/author until grid complete, and then only from the last word of the title, like Scorpius. Like others, last clue was 33 - but what a suprb clue. Many wrong assumptions. A tour de force, this. I wonder how it's possible to check uniqueness? Thank you, Nemo. Looking at posts above, I suspect Kea, who's been going for anonimity recently.
