17 across: These had more than one hard fruit - Shark's replaced first one (6) ?I?ANA I think 'hard' should be 'hand' and I think the answer is vimana.
38 across Sell four millions and initially rue mad process that results in two with many hares (13, 2 words) E?LE?S FO?MU?A (...... Formula?) correct letter is P
