What Type Of Fish Is This Guy?

I was summoned to see the doctor this morning and whilst there I noticed that they had a new fish in their tank. It was huge in comparison to the others - and had lovely gold detail along its back/spine .

I managed to take a picture of it but it is not very good. He kept moving around.

Is he 'just' a Goldfish or is he another type of fish altogether?

As regards the fish, I would have asked the doctor, or his/her receptionist what it was. Nevertheless, I am wondering if perhaps it's a Phillapino Prescription Pillpopper.

Hans - I asked the doctor, she just said that he was cute and a big fish. She obviously knows nothing about fish - like me.
