Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

Is there an error in today's paper version with 11 across, or have I missed something.I have the answer as ego yet that throws out 4 downs answer of archetype, any help please.

Thanks both, I was using the last letter in she and the first two in goats to give ego as self confidence.

don't understand any reference in the clue to "Letter"
and must agree that "EGO" would appear to be as
oldmisery suggested. Any further parse dannyk13 ??

Clue is:- Old letter and article back to front (3)
Eth -the(article) with e moved to front.

I think the ans should be ego, but arch E-Type has to be right.

Looks like a setter's error in the printed version as ego would be correct for that clue.

Based on the she goats clue as printed, yes. Based on the grid pattern, no.

It is the correct answer to the clue in the newspaper bit it s obviously a setter's error as 11 across needs to end in 'h' to fit the down clue.I have notified the Mail who will look into it.
