The "if and when" clue has appeared 3 times on her ein the last week but has varied quite a bit - eg

One of them refers to " Ah Find New Construction" which would work.
It would help to have some confirmation on which of the 3 versions is right- maybe all are wrong in some way.

Whilst I find the RTE to be poor it is popular and maybe after a while you adjust to it.
