This sort of thing is happening more and more on AB and IS bloody rude when only one poster is thanked, whenever the reply is posted.
It has nothing to do with "Boo hoo" it is also about courtesy.
It is also used by some miscreants to lure the victim into an argument where quite often the victim is suspended.

Incidentally, I am not certain that aspiration is the correct term in your context.
Aspiration is the act of drawing in air such as breathing in and in some languages a vacuum cleaner is called an aspirator. On the other hand getting solids or liquids into an airway is called ingestion, such as an aircraft engine ingesting a bird. The question is sometimes asked when wanting to establish whether what you describe has happened: Have you ingested food ?
