Cricket is a mystery to me! So far I've got 7 cricketers from words that are too long for their entry.
The perimeter I'm stuck with, but assume they are names of cricketers?? The 'initial letters of single words that are removed' These are to spell out the other three, but I've got the last 5 letters spelling TWICE.
As you can tell I've no idea what's going on so any help would be appreciated! I will not be stumped!!
Thanks in advance.

The perimeter contains 7 ways of how cricketers "are out" ... if you google 10 ways to be out in cricket you will easily find the list.
10 answers have to be adjusted (they are too long for their space) In each case a cricketer has to be removed e.g. 17d celLARAge from garage with the g replaced by room)
Then there is one cricketer 4 letters in the grid in column 2
