No doubt some future do gooder will try and get her out but she'll have to do at least 12 years. No where near long enough but we can hope that in her case life does mean life.

Evil piece of work.

Unfortunately out in a few years no doubt even if given a life sentence.

She needs keeping in prison until she dies.
12 years is NOT enough.
She won't be sectioned. If a person is sectioned the local council for the area where they live is made responsible for providing free secure accommodation for them for the rest of their life. This is astoundingly expensive so 'sectioning' is very rare.
TTT as she has been given a 'tariff' of 12 years (not a minimum sentence as the BBC says) she can begin the process of applying for parole after serving 12 years.
Why do they call it a life sentence when she could be out after 12 years , not long enough .
I’m not normally a vindictive person but:
Fingers crossed she suffers mental health issues and decides to ‘shuffle of this mortal coil’ by her own hand well before the end of her sentence.
I say this because I’d hate to see good money and vital medical supplies wasted on her with her HIV status, there are patients far more deserving of the resources and finances.
An evil witch who should be dangling from the gallows rather than just being locked up for 12 years.
12 years absolutely not enough for a crime of this magnitude. She needs to be away from the civilised world permanently.
I agree with jack. She should do the 8 O'Clock rope dance.
Eddie, how can you possibly say she won't be sectioned? Hopefully she is, there's no getting out of a psychiatric unit until you're deemed mentally stable by various doctors. Most patients become institutionalized quite quickly. That aren't going anywhere....

This type of crime needs much tougher sentencing.
i wish they meant life in prison, what a despicable woman.
Methinks they doth protest too much.
