Can someone help me with this one please?

"The problem with a fashionable trendsetter in discos" It is five letters and I have p?s?r.
This suggests poser which is a problem. But the rest leaves me baffled.

I haven't been to a disco in many a year so have no idea of their vocabulary. Not sure why a poser would be a trendsetter but I am grateful to you all (trendies all, I assume) .
