Well they would say that wouldn't they? but Maroilles is pretty good and no one should pass through the Nord-Pas de Calais (Thiérache) without sampling some.
From a different region, I just got some 10 month old Comté and a 130 day old Morbier which I shall sample later with a bottle of Ventoux.
Anyone got any favourites to recommend?

Can't beat a good old Camembert au lait cru.
A nice Normandie St Andre 75% Matiere Gras! with a white Sauternes. Very naughty ,very nice
