Skeleton £25 Winner

In the Sunday Express dated 5th December I discovered that I was a winner of the Skeleton Crossword. (Thanks to all who helped me complete the crossword).
I have yet to receive my £25 cheque.
Surely it should have come by now.
Any thoughts?

Some ABers have waited quite a lot longer. I remember some papers used to take 2-3 months to send them to me- i think some may save them up and do a quarterly run

I'm in the same boat. I won £25 in the November 11 Skeleton and I'm still waiting!

I have won a few times and it is usually about a month. I contacted them once and they sent it out. It does say over the Christmas period it could take a bit longer. Hope it arrives soon.

Congrats. I have been waiting for a cheque from the same date.Rang them last Monday and was told that they were in turmoil following a takeover.I'm giving them till the end of the month before ringing them again.

The Express is in the process of being taken over. I think the advice given thus far is good; phone them up from time to time. When you get your cheque do make sure the name on it is the same as your account name otherwise when you try to pay it in it will be rejected. If that happens demand to see a manager or somebody with sufficient authority to put it through.

Received my £25 cheque last Tuesday!
That's quite a wait from my name appearing in the Sunday Expresss on 2nd December!

Oh, forgot to say - they got my gender wrong. Fortunately, Barclays accepted the cheque!

Congratulations.Delivery of cheque is a long drawn out affair.
I received mine a couple of days ago from the 5th of December.
