Oh brilliant, dannyk13, I just wasn't making any progress with those last two clues! I struggle with cryptic crosswords but enjoy the challenge! I've managed to get to within touching distance of finishing this so very grateful for your help. (3) ??E, could this be ice? (The first letter of this clue is the second letter of the other clue)
