The Sunday Crusader And His Squire

I wonder if you can help me? I have been regularly doing The Crusader and his Squire but on reading the printed blurb I notice that in BIG letters they have said "To Enter CALL : 0904 161 1610" and only lately do they add "...or send your grid.....to : The Sunday Express Prize Crossword etc etc. Now my question is whether they ever open the postal submissions in view of the printed phone number above? I regularly send in my answer but I would like to know if there is any point in this or would I be better off concentrating on the Skeleton or the £1000 Crosswords. If any of you have got the Compilers address I would be quite happy to voice my opinions to them directly but any help would be appreciated. Thank you
