You're well behind the times with your news TTT...then again you don't do twitface do you?
If you shoot from the lip, as Mr Galloway does, and Katie Hopkins before him, it is only a matter of time before you mix up your self-evaluation that you provide 'plain speaking' with the reality - that you are a loud-mouthed ignorant bigot, you overstep the bounds of what your employers find acceptable, and you are booted - to dwindle into self-pitying obscurity here, and hopefully a new gig abroad, where we are not exposed to your tiresome nonsense.

Controversy gets listeners, and for a commercial station, that brings in advertising revenue.

Remember when a few stations tried the 'shock jock' system from the US, which of course, failed miserably for two very good reasons -

the first is that UK audiences are far too reserved to want to duke it out with the baiting jocks that provide this style of radio, and the second is that the UK equivalents entirely lacked the wit, wisdom, skill, and ability to think of their feet that makes this format work.

So instead we got the pale imitations - bigots and small-minded racists like the two I mentioned, and of course, they can't control their nasty minds and mouths, so they had to go.

Indeed he is: intelligent and a passionate speaker. Unfortunately he’s obsessed with himself too. And very bitter, it seems.
Articulate, intelligent and thoroughly repulsive.
Can't stand most of what he says, but there's no doubting he's a fearsome debater (Alex Salmond is another of the same ilk), as in the following clip from when he ran rings round the US Senate hearing in 2005:
