Try a roundabout route -

Open the link, click "Download" (top-right), open that & try printing from there.

I use Foxit Reader for PDFs -

https://www.foxitsoftware.com/pdf-reader/

If you try it, be careful during the installation - there might be a box for a free trial of "PhantomPDF" - if you have to, *untick* it.
