The coverage is more than fair already.
I'm sure that if one peruses data sufficiently enough the same judgment could be moulded to demonstrate that other areas are similarity 'misrepresented'.

That is a fake Graham Stringer account. Stringer is a member of the Labour party and an MP for Manchester, not of Anne Marie Waters’ ‘For Britain Movement’.
Maybe stop hijacking real politicians’ Twitter handles and trying to pass themselves off as genuine commentators (when they are not), before debating unfair coverage.
Everyone wants fairer media coverage including every political party and every religion.

For 'Fairer media coverage' read 'Nothing critical to be said about us'.
Some great adverts for measured comment on that Twitter.
Almost makes one appreciate even the most interventionist moderators on Answerbank. :-)
Isn't the media coverage of almost any topic biased towards the negative.

For example, if Catholic church officials were to examine how their church had been portrayed in the media over the past few years they'd almost certainly find that the majority of the news coverage (e.g. of child abuse by clergy) was less than favourable to Catholicism. (The good works carried out by Catholic aid workers across the world would hardly be mentioned)

Similarly, Oxfam does a great deal of good work if but one searches for news articles about Oxfam then it will almost certainly be stories about the use of prostitutes by aid workers which leap to the fore.

So it's not particularly surprising if it's the negative side of Islam which gets reported on most, surely?
What the MCB means is that it wants coverage that portrays Islam and Muslims in a more favourable light.

If the MCB really got fairer media coverage it wouldn't like.
*it wouldn't like it.*
Not like them to complain about anything.
