what was the first post-World War II outside broadcast?

The question fails to make it clear as to whether it's referring to radio or TV. I suspect that it's TV that's being asked about though. The Victory Parade in London, on 8 June 1946, took up much of BBC TV's transmission time on the day after TV services resumed following the wartime close-down.
