I've just come across this site looking for info. to help me with this Lions 50/50 quiz and have joined up.

Could someone explain why Morris Minor for Q81.
I see how it fits the clue - but the 50 connection or link to 1969 ? - I thought the car was much older.
Q45: Taking us on holiday? - 4 - Jets? AI can't see the 50 connection or link to 1969.

^ Just had a thought. The 'fifty' could refer to the number rather than the anniversary.

Q85 I also got Zebra Crossing.
Q74 A resident of Madrid speaks Spanish so look for a translation of Fifty Years or half century.

Q34 Like someone who has already answered I am not sure about the answer given.
Q17 Why Ed Miliband?(and it is spelt with one L). Ah, just remembered some story about him eating a bacon roll!
Q45 Taking us on holiday? I initially thought ABTA but I have seen someone else answer SAGA. I think I need to check both out again.
Q69 This is one I am missing too so thanks to the person who answered Matthew Perry the 'Friends' actor.
