Just spoken to someone on their Subscribers Helpline (digital version). The puzzles for today are now back up on the digital edition, but you will have to remove the app from your devices and reload. As for the not being able to send completed grids online, I was told that this was an issue with the latest update of their app, and they are still working on it, so we'll have to wait until their next update. Hopeless! But at least I got a proper response on the phone ...
