Incubation Period Any Idea How Long?

You hear so many different things it seems to say the mean incubation period is 5 days. I went to that pub 5 days ago and at the moment symptom free. I have been self isolating since Friday. Still anxious about it. I phoned the environmental department of the council yesterday and she said to keep calm it is not a confirmed case, he only went off with flu like symptoms. She says that one third of the council staff are off due to fly like symptoms but she said she probably shouldn't say this but before people started self isolating she said that her and a friend made a list of the people who were most likely to do it first and she was right. Also she said that maybe the guy wanted to take a sickie. I am trying to take my mind off it I bought the blu Ray box set of friends in January never watched it 234 episodes I can't worry any more I'm driving myself crazy I'm drinking a lot more since isolation begun I'm keeping in touch with friends a lot. I suppose the question is when should I stop worrying?
