I saw the link from which I accepted the answer was right even though it's still not a word I'm familiar with- I accept it exists from your link but I will have forgotten it by tomorrow.
I just dislike the '^'look up' comments, especially when the thing to look up to was posted less than a minute earlier.
Anyway, all sorted we think- we'll see if mouseymick confirms it
