Where Does The N Fit In

Maine politician n the mans in a city elsewhere, the answer is obviously memphis but i cannot see where the n fits in? Could some kind soul enlighten me please

yes thank you. it is very obvious that the answer comes from me mp and his. however there is an N included in the clue between "politician" and "the man" i cannot see where this fits into the clue. could it be a simple mistake in editing the clue?

I think that is a probably a typo and is best ignored.
