I mean they aren’t answering.
So not great at all really

I got through and the wait is 30min

But as has been mentioned by danny and others, the lines open at 9am. Not long to wait.

Just done it it worked really well and the process was smooth . I can’t thank you all enough. Just have to wait 14 days for my payment. What is a shame though is that you have to pay tax. Do I only get 8.5k but no complaints from me

I've won competitions and not paid any tax. Perhaps I should dib myself in to the authorities.

Don't know what is going on, but the Mail confirms that the prizes are not taxable.
