I have no idea why though apart from the 'nobody's at home' bit

All Out is a poor result in a Test match

Must be that Mamyalynne- although of course being 'all out' is not really a result in cricket, just as conceding a penalty or goal in football isn't a result.

I suppose House of Lords is a reference to Lord's cricket ground, so must be ALL OUT
