Yes it sounds familiar, I just cant get the lyrics! From the 70s/ 80s I think!

To me its the last few notes/chords... after they've being played I seem to think it ups tempo and key slightly... I'll keep working on it.

Not "I made it through the rain." It could be from a TV series - Maybe a signature tune. I think the end bit is repeated.
