Some of you will know Tony Morris as a TV presenter some of you will not, but it's come as a huge shock to hear he has passed away. R.I.P Tony.

Oh yes, I know of Tony, that is sad - too young.

RIP
We just caught the end of the Granada News and thought he had left...
It wasn't until it was announced on the ITV News that we realised.

He was one of my favourite TV news-presenters, although he did do more than that.

RIP Tony and condolences to his family.

Sad indeed and far too young.
I did not know him, but sad all the same. RIP Tony Morris.
I remember him too. He always came across as a very nice person RIP Tony.
I saw this news earlier. RIP Tony.
Such sad news. I haven't watched Granada reports for a couple of months so I didn't even know he was ill. R.I.P.

Neither did I Ken that's why it's such a shock. Granada Reports dedicated the entire programme to him tonight at 10.30pm and everyone said what a top bloke he was.His smile really did light up the TV screen.
I think I recognise him, but he's not someone I've seen regularly. That said, he was obviously well-respected & liked & 57 is no age at all.

RIP Tony Morris.
I couldn't place the name when I read your OP, but as soon as I clicked on it, I recognised him straightaway. He did certainly come across as a lovely man with a lovely smile. What a shock. Really sad. RIP Tony.
I remember his from The Really Useful Show a few years back.
