Final clue from a couple of weeks ago :-
Full of goodness, cook tripe (8) F?U?M?R? The only word that fits which makes some sort of sense is FLUMMERY ("a pudding made from the husks of oats" plus "empty compliment, humbug or pretentiousness"). But can someone please explain, forensically, the parsing of the clue.
