In case it helps, 23 down is "Line inserted in book on time, virtually" and the answer is "almost" (easily parsed). Perhaps the intention is to reuse the 23 down wordplay, in which case I suppose PS is a line (post script) and bio is a book - but "on time"? AdvThanksance
