He reckons it was he who walked away? I've read quite a few reports saying he was sacked and that some of his anti BLM remarks were only a part of the reasons why. He was also said to be quite disrespectful to several women on the programmes staff and he was dismissed following complaints,

This is ridiculous. They shouod man (person) up and get on with having a life.

I have yet to meet a Royal Marine or Paratrooper behave in a non-polite and civil way to a woman. The way they talk between themselves has nothing to do with the way they behave towards their mother, sister, wife, girl-friend, daughter or any female they come in contact with. The talk is bonding between themselves and a release of the difficult job they are sometimes asked to do.

Me too, mamya. According to other links, he was making inappropriate comments to women and making them feel uncomfortable. If it is "woke" to tolerate that, we are going backwards.

If I really cared about Ant Middleton or the programme I could have easily asked to question re his leaving without resorting to catchphrases that someone else has deemed essential.
