I have full grid but only 9 clues from which letters are removed.
I have one between 23a and 32a. Are there two?
What is the extra letters in 25a and 30a?
Extra letters give me 4, (7 or 8), 3,5,3,4. Not making sense so cannot solve.

Ok. Then 30a has Sto from Stored removed, giving red wine. Why red wine is BI?

Is it N+Clues that forms the answer?

I think the slang name is the same in the US as over here, so you're probably aware of the appropriate image too.
