William Shakespeare's assumed Birthday . . . . . . and his known Deathday.

The only documentary evidence of his birthday is his Baptismal record dated 3 days later and it was traditional to baptise three days after the birth.

I have my own theory, his birthday was the 22nd, and he died the morning after (and as a result of) a late night birthday celebration. Well, it could have been !

One piece of trivia; pure coincidence but interesting:

If you read Psalm 46 in the Kings James (AV) bible, counting from the beginning the 46th word is shake and counting from the end the 46th word is spear.

William Shakespeare's age when the King James Version of the Bible was first published was 46.

So what's this then - a conspiracy theory that William Shakespeare wrote Psalm 46.

he died the same day as Cervantes. Only not really, because Spain was on the Gregorian calendar.

His grand daughter used to live and is buried very close to where I live.
