I have Ance Scots form of once as it fits with the unclued at 35a.
I 've finished it but can't seem to find the diagonal word to be shaded.

Shaney, it took me a while to spot the highlighting. It's a short word and didn't (initially) seem as much of a noun to me!

PS Matakari said earlier that the had the first sentence of the book, so I thought he must have used the letters or forgotten about them or...
