Local Rag Dingbat

Dingbat,
Hello all. Our local paper has a dingbat in tonight which is an oblong and along the top side are the letters CEO, right hand side has what looks like SO, the bottom line has HER and the left hand side has BA.
Any help appreciated, as always.

Read the letters going round left from the bottom and you will get an Herbaceous border.
Your SO is US.

But there is letters in the box mallyh. Difficult with wrong letters, so you were right.

Absolutely right, Davemano. Letter box made perfect sense Mallyh - my fault for reading the letters the wrong way round! Apologies.
