Considering you have it conveniently skewed, please spare us your dubious talents as a teacher of history. You say that despite Cameron's opposition, Bercow allowed Tory Eurosceptics to add an amendment to the Queen's speech, but bearing in mind Bercow's subsequent performance when he showed his true colours with regard to Brexit, one can only imagine that his original decision was not a product of even-handedness, but simply an exercise in exerting his power. He overrode Cameron not from any sense of duty or fairness but simply because he could. The man is a control freak. The best thing he could do for the country is fade into obscurity.
