looks like it as the "mirror" for 4a ie 25a has 7 letters also

Therefore the top right and bottom left corners should not be blanks

well 26a is shoddy & actress is singular but the answer should be plural so I don't think actress is correct

Actress fits the parse i.e AC (account) + tress(lock of hair)

25a is the mirror image not 26a. 25a is Fire shot with gun on board (7) but only six lights
