I work for the NHS and I work Wed Sat and Sun. I work 22.5 hrs a week and have 148.50 hrs a year holiday and then BHs are pro rata and from April 1st to March 31 2023 i have 40.50 hrs so a total of 189.00 hrs. There are no BHs on W, Sat or Sun so surely I have 189 hrs holiday. My form has arrived and it states 148.50 and 40.50 hrs BH so total of 189 but then they have taken off the full 67.50 of BH leaving me with 121.50 hrs - surely wrong??

You are entitled to be paid three fifths of Bank Holiday hours as you work 3 of 5 days or the equivalent.

It doesn't matter which day of the week they fall otherwise people who work Mondays and those who work Wednesdays would not be treated equally.
Actually just reread your post and yes it does sound wrong. Query it, but leave out the sentence about no Bank Hols falling on a W, Sat or Sun.
What was your allowance last year?
You should be in a union specifically Unison
and yes it is well worth while
I think you're entitled to a minimum of 130.5 hours' holiday next year, because there are nine Bank Holidays rather than the usual eight, so a figure less than that would be wrong. Anything above that would be contractual. I'm not familiar with NHS contracts.
If the 7.5 hours a day is the same as worked each day by a full-timer working five days a week and you work three days, you’re entitled to three-fifths of a full-timer’s annual leave.

The figure of 148.5 hours equates to 6.6 of your weeks and the statutory minimum (for most folk) is 5.6 weeks. That minimum might or might not include Bank Holidays.

Your contract shows Bank Holidays are added and if you’re in England, there will be nine Bank Holidays in your 2022/23 period.

Therefore you’re entitled to three-fifths of those nine days which is 5.4 of your days or 40.5 hours.

So then, assuming the 148.5 hours (6.6 weeks) is correct and knowing the 40.5 is, the total should be 189 which is the figure in the contract.

Their final calculation suggests you have three fewer days annual leave when excluding Bank Holidays so you will need to contact your Line Manager or HR section to resolve it.
All seems mixed up to me.
Do you work less days or shorter days.
What do you mean by they have taken off 67.5. Do they actually show that? Do they show 121.5 as the final figure.
Are you sure your 145 hrs isn't what a full timer gets so you add bank hols and get pro'rata .
Best to show us the actual calc word for word. Or ask work to clarify it all
Remember some bank halls may fall on your days like chrismss
