Oldie Genius Crossword. Clues

This week, I bought the Oldie for the first time and have been having a go at the Genius Crossword. So far I have managed six answers.

Some CLUES to the following might help me out a bit.

25 A Sort of government has-been found inside bar. (8) ?????L??
6D Ladies help, weirdly ringing round for a way out. (8) ??????L?

6 Ladies = a place of convenience + and then a little bit of anagramming (weirdly is the indicator) and also the usual 'round'. The definition is 'a way out' (not literal).

with a has-been around it ie an old Re???
