Even by the standards of the Express that is a woeful piece of headlining.
And the Times today is little better.
I agree with Ken, and in fact by the depths to which the Russians have sunk to far in this war, actually targetting diplomats, bad as it is, would be pretty much an act of high virtue.
I suspect it is more bluster though. They have't done a very good job of targetting Zelensky for example.

On the subject of attacking Russia there have been a series of large fires in places near the border with Ukraine. And the Russians have been pretty quiet about it.
Interestingly, a Chinese compnay that makes drones is pulling out of Russia. DJI Technology Co is the first Chinese form to cite the war in ceasing operations with Russia. In fact these drones were being used by Ukraine, until the Ukrainians found the Russians had access to their tracking system.

Interesting one that.
It's all beginning to unravel isnt it. The idea that you use another countries weapons when that country is hardly reliable (e.g. China/Russia) is ridiculous as is depending on them for manufacture of most of your items and the supply of energy.
There are some serious lessons to be learnt here. But will we? Johnson made some noises about getting our Oil fields going again but action seems to be missing. Obviously the Prime Minister has Johnsons nuts in her hand and is squeezing tight.

//Some would argue that 400 confirmed cases of the rape of women and children has put Russia in that position already. Along with all the other things ...//
Couldn't agree more. However, disgusting as it may be, that is likely to 'blow over' in the midst of time.
Killing diplomats is another story though as it destroys the trust of all World leaders.
